Upgrades can boost the value of armors, weapons and rings. They also increase bonuses such as damage from PvE and crit chance.

Components

Most of the upgrades in the game can be replaced however Glyphs are the one upgrade component that can be removed and put back in place without restrictions. The only exception is legendary equipment, which requires the use of a Black Lion Salvage Kit to salvage and replace.

The value of each Glyph is displayed when you choose it in your inventory. You can decide to replace it with a different Glyph of the same rank, or a higher rank, which will increase the overall value of the Glyph.

When you have the desired Glyphs You will have to attach them to your gear. Glyphs will increase the number of nodes connected to them, so it is best to put Glyphs in the most important spots on the Graph. This will maximize the impact. Druids, for example, should place their Glyphs close to their primary damage nodes. They might also consider placing them near their primary damage nodes.

Leveling
