A Step-By Step Guide To Selecting Your Item Upgrade
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations can be applied.
The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capability in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired, such as armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by another item of the same type however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't keep the original level of the item and any money wasted aren't rewarded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on a piece of equipment, such as increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.
Players can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give players an additional level of health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available such as upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to create it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
As opposed to other tokens or markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next success result is rerolled. This helps to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's store will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
This means that you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls, and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost an item's level by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. These stones can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment, players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will be displayed showing the item's current level and what it will be when being leveled up as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. Once the requirements are met, the player can select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the durability of the item. This makes the system an excellent way for players to gain an advantage in combat without putting stress on their bank accounts. Additionally players can transfer experience and advancement of an upgraded item to a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for novice players. There are a variety of methods to obtain these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item upgrader kit with upgrade materials, and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will gain an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been attained.
Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be applied to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component requires the purchase of a certain amount of items as well as a certain level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item to be upgraded. On the right side, a preview shows what the gear will look like at its next level. Once players have enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item is at its maximum level, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. In the same way, once a piece of gear reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an additional effect or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired through quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
Upgrades to items allow players to boost certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the item type, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
Upgrades to items can be incorporated into equipment set pieces and weapons for additional effects or to increase the quality Best item upgrader. These upgrades can be obtained through a variety of sources in the game, including crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can boost an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can improve the item's stats.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" For instance, increases the base defense and provides an additional 20 percent chance to block. Additionally, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.
Certain items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats and more for the fact that it allows players to get the maximum amount of value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will show an open window that displays the requirements required for that item. These include the type of item (either Weapon or Armor) and the level of the Best item upgrade and the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
The game will place an item in your inventory once you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show how close you are towards completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader; my webpage, NPC.
