Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes increases its other features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations that are applied.

The most powerful racial Shield Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an acquired item, such as an armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by another of the same kind, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't maintain the original level of the item and any wasted resources will not be refunded.

The surviving players can acquire reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of the equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can roll their equipment in three attributes: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power upgrade item mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give the player additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To create them, you'll need a higher level reroll token. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

Unlike other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next Success result is repeated. This helps to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of each Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grasping them. Once they are open, they display a full description and the icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.

This means that you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that increase the value of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. These stones can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment, players must first identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will appear that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded and the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the item's rarity and rarity, the upgrade process could be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free and will not affect the item's longevity. It's a great way for players who want to get an edge in battle, but don't want to strain their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto the new gear.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of methods to obtain them, including completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to boost the power of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It's done by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will receive an upgrade to a higher level. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items that have upgraded stats will display an icon of blue next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments cannot be added to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires an amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, an image of the gear looks like at its next level. When the player has enough items, pressing the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum capacity and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option to upgrade. Also, when a piece of gear reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to offer an additional bonus or effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this will destroy the old upgrade.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain attributes of weapons and armor that they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ depending on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium and a number Upgrade tokens.

The upgrade items (historydb.date) can be used to make sets and weapons for added effects or a higher item level. These upgrades can be obtained through a variety of sources in the game, including through crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can increase the stats of the item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire", on the other hand, increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they get the perfect roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

The game will display the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. This includes the type of item (either weapon or armor) the tier of the item, the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will put an item in your inventory after you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how close to finishing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
